Measure over light underwear with a soft tape, close to the body but not tight. Compare with the chart and, if you are between sizes, choose the larger one.

Very soft, but if you don't like it too tight to the body it's better to take one size bigger, otherwise for everyday use it's super, but not in the big heat!
