Shipping costs
Free delivery on every order: Bulgaria, Greece, Romania.
Free delivery over €50: Austria, Croatia, Czechia, France, Germany, Hungary, Italy, Poland, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain.
Free delivery over €250 to all other countries.
If your destination is not listed or you cannot see an available delivery service, email support@alessaofficial.com before placing your order.

Usual time from dispatch to delivery for items in stock. An item that is not in stock ships on the date shown on its product page.
Preparing your order
Each size on the product page shows when it ships: within a set number of business days or on a specific date. During a sale, preparation takes longer, and the product page shows that too.
If all items are ready, they can be dispatched together. If some are not yet available, we may send the available items first and the remaining items later. Orders prepaid online are dispatched once all items in the order are available.
Delivery time starts after your parcel has been dispatched. It varies by destination and service; the preparation time for your items is separate. Check the delivery information provided for your order. Courier or customs delays can affect the estimated arrival date.
Track your order
After placing your order, check your email for confirmation. Sign in to My orders to follow its progress and use the available tracking information once your parcel is dispatched.
Payment options
Checkout shows the payment methods available for your order and destination. These may include card, PayPal, Apple Pay or Google Pay. Digital wallets also depend on your device and browser. Cash on delivery is available only for eligible destinations and orders.
Customs, duties & taxes
Deliveries within the EU customs area are not subject to import customs duties. Destinations outside this area, including territories with separate customs rules, may charge import duties, taxes or clearance fees.
Check the information and total shown at checkout. If these charges are not included, you are responsible for paying the amounts due to the courier or local authorities. Customs clearance may affect delivery time.
Problems with delivery
Please check your delivery address carefully when ordering. If a parcel is returned to us because of an incorrect address, failed delivery, refusal or non-collection, you will need to cover the cost of reshipping it.
