Measure over light underwear with a soft tape, close to the body but not tight. Compare with the chart and, if you are between sizes, choose the larger one.

It's not bad but it's not very comfortable; with a shirt underneath, you get too layered. If it's worn without a real shirt and only with shirt elements, it fits better and is much more comfortable to wear. With a shirt, it sits and there is slight discomfort.
