Measure over light underwear with a soft tape, close to the body but not tight. Compare with the chart and, if you are between sizes, choose the larger one.

Very beautiful skirt. It perfectly matches the size, is elastic and has a decent length. The belt with it is smaller than the waist circumference of the skirt and there is no elasticity.
