Measure over light underwear with a soft tape, close to the body but not tight. Compare with the chart and, if you are between sizes, choose the larger one.

The t-shirt is very nice and the bear is the best (looks much better in person). What struck me is that the t-shirt is a bit more fitted compared to previous t-shirts, which is great. My only recommendation is to make them a little shorter.
