How do we measure?
The foot measurement starts at the top of the toes and ends at the end of the heel. The length of the foot (step) usually coincides with the length of the stem. For your convenience, we advise you to outline the foot on a single sheet of paper and then measure its length (on the paper). With the received measures, you can now see exactly which your size is.

The boots are nice, I have no comments on the design! I didn't like that there is no lining inside and during colder winter months, since they are made of genuine leather, they don't keep warmth very well.
The insoles are extremely beautiful and of high quality in terms of workmanship! After wearing them for a month, the insoles loosen so much that your foot walks inside the shoe and you cannot in any way seal them with your foot.
The size is a little big in my opinion. And they look bigger, but it's normal for cubans. They are a bit rough in a larger size.

Hello, My sister is in love with all your models and for every holiday it is easy for me to choose a gift because it must be from your collections. The only obstacle is if she hasn't already bought the particular item. As usual and this time I ordered from you for her birthday. I placed the order 2 weeks in advance to make sure I would please her on her holiday. I placed the order on the 14th and by the 21st I had no response, confirmation or anything. So I called the contact phone and then I understand that there is a jam and you are still waiting for you to get the bots too. I explained that I needed them for a specific occasion and if they could tell me when they would be at my place. I was kindly called back with the information I expected, but the answer did not suit me - delivery date 29th. My wish was to receive them on the 28th and they offered me to deliver them to Speedy's office so that they would come earlier and everything would go according to plan. That remained our agreement. So far so good, but I go to pick up the boots and find out that their first working day will be on the 29th... As for quality and models, everything has always been perfect, but this time I was unpleasantly surprised because I couldn't please my sister you are when you need to be. And as a customer from my side, everything was correct and I placed my order 2 weeks in advance! Sometimes there are circumstances beyond your control and delays in orders are normal, as long as the customer is notified in time, because there remains a disappointment, as in my case now. Greetings!
